Xtreme Logistics is an extension of Xtreme Trucking LLC. Xtreme Trucking LLC provides asset-based services to Midwest based manufactures of refrigerated freight. Xtreme Logistics plays a vital role in providing value through additional freight volume go beyond our asset’s capacity. We deliver the success of our customers supply chain.
The Carrier Sales position is responsible for moving freight by utilizing safe, reliable 3rd party partner carriers while still providing asset like customer service through contract and spot market lanes. This position also will be strong at building relationships with customers, lead generation and conversion, and seeking new opportunities in various markets
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build Relationships with carriers
- Solicit and Approve new carriers
- Ongoing Carrier compliance monitoring
- Customer service to customer, Track/Trace updates
- Quote load rates to sales and or customer
Education and Experience
- Previous knowledge of transportation
- 1+ Years previous carrier sales or brokerage experience
- High School Diploma
